About Us
KL Teen Pageants was created to redefine what pageantry looks like for today’s generation of young women. We are a purpose-driven pageant system designed to empower middle and high school girls through confidence-building experiences, leadership development, and authentic self-expression.
At KLTP, we believe pageantry should be more than a competition. It should be a platform where girls feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow into who they are becoming.
KL Teen Pageants is a program of the Queens Arete Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls to live in alignment with their highest potential. Rooted in the principle of Arete, the pursuit of excellence and purpose - Queens Arete Foundation believes that confidence, character, and self-worth are essential to personal growth. KL Teen Pageants reflects this mission by creating experiences that encourage young women to step fully into who they are becoming and to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose.

KL Teen Pageants was designed with intention and care, keeping the real needs of today’s teens at the center of everything we do.
Our program emphasizes confidence over comparison, growth over perfection, and authenticity over outdated standards. Contestants are encouraged to embrace who they are while developing skills that will serve them far beyond the stage.
Through structured rehearsals, supportive mentorship, and meaningful experiences, girls gain tools they can carry into school, leadership roles, and everyday life.
MORE THAN A CROWN....
At KL Teen Pageants, crowns and titles are part of the celebration but they are not the purpose. Every participant leaves a winner, having gained confidence, growth, and a deeper belief in herself. The queen selected at each pageant is chosen as a reflection of her light—her confidence, character, and personality shining through. While one contestant earns the title, every girl is celebrated for who she is and the growth she achieves along the journey.

We understand that parents are looking for more than a pageant, they want a safe, structured, and meaningful experience for their child. KL Teen Pageants is committed to providing a positive environment where girls are mentored, supported, and encouraged to grow. Our program is designed to build confidence, responsibility, and resilience while promoting healthy self-esteem and positive values.
We believe the most impactful experiences are built through partnership. Parents and guardians are encouraged to be involved throughout the journey, offering support and consistency from rehearsals through event day. Volunteer opportunities are also available for families who wish to support the program behind the scenes. Together, we create an uplifting experience where girls feel supported both on and off the stage.
