3 Division's
Tiny Miss
Our Tiny Miss division is designed to be fun, joyful, and age-appropriate, creating a beautiful introduction to the pageant experience for our little queens.
Tiny Miss has a few differences from our other titles. The winner is selected through People’s Choice voting, where friends and family will have 3 weeks to vote and show their support. The Tiny Miss winner will be announced first during the awards ceremony, making it an extra special moment. Only two practices will be held for this division.
What to Wear:
Tiny Miss contestants may wear a dress of their choice that makes them feel confident and beautiful. Dresses should be age-appropriate and modest. Floor-length gowns are not required. Short or tea-length dresses are perfectly fine, as long as they do not include low cuts, high slits, or revealing designs.
Hair & Makeup:
We proudly celebrate natural beauty in the Tiny Miss division. Makeup should be minimal or not worn at all. A light moisturizer and clear lip gloss are welcome but not required. Hair should be neatly styled in a way that’s comfortable for your child.
Shoes:
Small, comfortable heels (2 inch or less) or dressy flats are both great options.
A Special Moment for Every Girl:
Every Tiny Miss contestant will have the opportunity to walk the stage and be introduced with her own bio, ensuring each little queen is celebrated, seen, and cheered on. Every Tiny Miss will be asked one on stage question.
Our Tiny Miss Philosophy:
Tiny Miss is about shining with confidence, joy, and personality. This division focuses on celebrating each child’s individuality and helping every little queen feel radiant, comfortable, and proud of who she is.
Jr Miss - 6th, 7th & 8th grade
Teen Miss - 9th,10th & 11th grade
This division requires intention, effort, and personal commitment. This title is earned through growth, preparation, and presence. KL Teen Pageants celebrates young women who lead with purpose, speak with confidence, and carry themselves with elegance. Whether these qualities are already present or developed throughout the pageant journey, the winner will be selected by a panel of five judges who are looking for authenticity, inner beauty, poise, leadership, and extraordinary spirit.
This is a six-week pageant commitment. Rehearsals will be held twice a week on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 12:00 PM. Attendance is required, as consistent participation plays a vital role in preparation and overall success. Throughout the pageant experience, contestants will participate in one outing event, one community service event, picture day, and the KL Teen Pageants sleepover.
After weeks of rehearsals, workshops, and personal growth, it's time to celebrate and chill out! The Radiance Social is one of the most exciting parts of the KL Teen Pageants experience! This high-energy celebration is all about fun, laughter, and sisterhood. Contestants will dress in their favorite shade of red and can expect an evening filled with music, dancing, interactive games, swimming, delicious food, photo opportunities, and unforgettable memories as they celebrate their incredible journey together before pageant day.
Contestants should be prepared to be active and fully engaged throughout the pageant process. Each contestant is required to sell 20 tickets and collect $100 in advertisements. This experience encourages, hustle, confidence, communication skills, and community involvement, while also providing an opportunity to invite family, friends, teachers, and supporters to witness each contestant’s growth and presence on stage. All advertisements will be featured in the official pageant program book, which will be available for purchase on pageant day.
All contestants will receive an official Pageant Handbook at orientation. The handbook includes essential information such as event dates, rehearsal schedules, outings, wardrobe guidelines, and other important details related to the pageant experience. Contestants are encouraged to review the handbook carefully and keep it available throughout the competition for reference and reminders.
